Coaching a Scaling Up Organization | ICF Foundation Article
The ICF Foundation is the charitable body of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The Foundation was established in 2004 by passionate coaches to exclusively support education, research and charitable purposes. While a separate nonprofit entity from the International Coach Federation, the ICF Foundation is bonded in partnership with ICF Global. As a Foundation, they aspire to nurture the innate desire in coaches to give back to their communities.
For many years our CEO, Ann Dorgan, has been on the Board of Trustees as Treasurer for the Foundation. An experience she describes as a highlight of her career and a joy to sit on an intentionally built diverse board that represents 6 different regions of the world.
